So if possible add som Boros guildgates for "Exava, Rakdos Blood Witch" or perhaps take her out of the deck, a bit risky as your deck is now where 1 card "Blood Celebrant" is your only way to get red mana for her.
Orz Guildgates should also be considered especially if you want to play those stern judges

Just writing suggestions for changes here:

"Stern Judge"
Pretty nice card, but it's probably a sideboard card(since his ability is pretty useless against noneblack decks) on top of that You are certain he will damage you(Unless you replace your swamps with stuff like Guildgates)

Deathmark Prelate, Fallen Cleric, Infernal Caretaker, Ragamuffyn, Soldevi Adnate & Shepherd of Rot Would probably be better in another deck imo(To few Zombies for it to be worth it imo)
Throne of Bones I'd also place in the sideboard

Looks fun, Tried playing it yet?
Sulfuric Vortex could come in pretty nicely, though 1 of em in the deck means it's an option not necessary the goal to win right?
(imo getting 1 more would be nice)

Just a suggestion, list the alternative card versions in either description or at the sideboard, makes it easier to overlook your decks when not having to look at the same card again.

If you ever face a similar deck to this one, my advice to you is get rid of "Fauna Shamans" asap.
Granted it's no Elvish Piper, but it makes the entire deck far less random. (It's not rare she after 1 turn grant all my monsters flying, asfter 2 all my monster have trample, after 3 they can al gain protection and 4 I can buy her back from the graveyard if she's destroyed)
All of this isn't even taking into account the amount of solutions she grant if I want something solved(got 3 in the deck because 4 would be to much imo)

Well playing decks around the same strength as thew rest of the group is one of the best ways to have fun in magic imo.
Well the deck isn't one of the most expensive though It isn't a cheap one either, when buying single cards I made myself a rule never over 5 € a card(broke it once when I bought Guan Yu for 5.5€ )
The important part is playing what you like :)

If your up for it I can show you those first 2 decks:
First deck I only played against my Cossin back in our childhood:
http://www.mtgvault.com/chain/decks/my-first-deckrecreatedmade/

Second deck made from the cards I collected in my childhood once I started playing weekly:
http://www.mtgvault.com/chain/decks/test-deckmade/

Bought The pree made "Dark Ascension" deck Grave Power:
http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/arcana/894

In time this evolved into my maindeck that's pretty much stayed the same since I first made it(small changes have been done)

It's a good way to start like that imo.
When I started playing magic I started out with a rather weak deck made from the cards I had collected back around "Mirage & Tempest" aswell as the deck my at Cossin made me put together back then.
It wasn't till I bought a preemade deck and started exchanging stuff from it I really had a deck with a stright plan.

I saw you had made a single 100 cards deck, For Commander/Edh?

Given a look at your other decks now, I assume you're making your decks out of the cards you already have and rarely trade or buy single cards?(Or perhaps just rediscovered magic recently?)
You sure got a lot of variations with how many 1x cards you got in your decks, for good and for worse.

Of your other decks I'd probably place: Slivers, Fatties & Sorin as the better ones myself.

That's good, another suggestion is getting a few "Favorable Winds" for the deck

Wishing you a good experience with the deck, been pondering making a drake deck myself with a small amount of white mana due to tower drake and 1-2 other drakes needing white mana.
81 Cards is a good size imo, my prefered deck size in casual play is 80.(Though hardly ever play competetive)
I Understand why you add the "Warden of Evos Isle" considering it myself though only got 1 and even though it would make the deck better It's no drake so not sure for myself.

Interesting to view the None creature spells you've picked, since i've not gotten to that part myself, so might get a bit of inspiration from your thoughts.

If you got the card I'd suggest considering adding a few "Call of the Kindred" into the deck

Is it really worth it to take 4 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx?
Sure 2 go ahead, but 4 without having that... On a second look I think you should consider the amount of Legends/planeswalkers you have 1/4'th of the deck is legendary that's a rather high likelyhood of sitting with unplayable cards in hand imo.

Well my initial thoughts: Looks like a good deck to get a taste of many 'niches' which should make the next deck more focused on you're prefereed niche. It's a deck I'm kinda curious about to see played. Maybe add a few more defenders or creatures with counters?
Briarpack Alpha, Isperia's Skywatch, Brindle Boar, Staff of the Mind Magus are the cards I'd probably take out myself. Perhaps add a second Deadly Recluse, Nimbus Swimmer, Voracious Wurm, Woodborn Behemoth or defenders. (Keeping to the cards already in your deck)

can't remove the horse entirely, due to the theme. However I could reduce it to 1 and take the maze instead of the other.
thanks for the suggestion

Looks like it should work.
I'm a little confused over the Verdant Catacombs, sure nice card, but what does it grant you a basic swamp couldn't?(is it really important in your graveyard?)

overall i like the idea(attacking cinderwalls especially) I don't like that you've dedicated 10/60 cards to make your defenders attack. I think you should get rt down to 6-8. Rolling stones would be great for speed with the likes of cinderwall, i don't think you get enough out of it in this deck to take spots outside sideboard. Then again I'm used to playing 80 card casual decks(finding this size the most entertaining)
