Myr Battlesphere + Mimic Vat = Wicked

Get Norn's Annex for even MOAR defense :D

I'd say try to get your hands on 1-2 Norn's Annex. Always a fun card. Overall it looks pretty good for a first.

Try to get some Inkmoth Nexus for this deck. They would help deliver some damage.

I think I'm gonna SB Norn's Annex too! I just love the idea of playing that card against a deck with no white mana. 2 choices, buddy:

-Kill the Annex
-Pay the Life (>:-D)

Omnath, Locus of Mana would be cool to reserve all your green mana. Also look into either Mimic Vat or Phyrexian Metamorph.

You need to have Crystalline Sliver in there, man.

I like the fact that Metamorph+Vat can give me a sort of "mirror block" against a bigger creature, even going as far as copying an Eldrazi (It that Betrays) for some glorious revenge :)

I see you've delved into my comment history :) Yes I'm especially hard for Mimic Vat due to all the things that can be done with it. Each of the Titans can become monstrous with it's help. Something like Throne of Geth DEFINITELY can get something out of having an artifact to sac each turn.

Dude. It's all about being mean with myr. They only know subtlety when dealing with observation. I can't say anything wrong about this deck. The only thing I could mention is you should ALWAYS run at least one battlesphere and 2 Mimic Vats. Think about it. Generate a Hasted Battlesphere token that shells out 4 1/1 tokens every turn you summon it for only 3 colorless! And when the token has done it's work you can sacrifice it to the Throne of Geth.

Makes sense.

I don't think warstorm surge will trigger the bloodthirst ability of the creature you summoned. The creature will have already been put on the battlefield before your enchantment can trigger.

I like the way this deck is going, but I can see where it could use a little trimming here and there. If I may:

-4 Darksteel Plate / +2 Mimic Vats /+2 Throne of Geth
-2 Septic Rats / +2 Phyrexian Crusader
-4 Reaper of Sheoldred / +4 Core Prowler

With Core Prowler + Mimic Vat + Throne of Geth, you have a potential 4 Poison Counter technique for 3 colorless.

In the end it's up to you. Just thought you might like to see what else can be done with your deck.

I'd try to squeeze in a couple Mimic Vats for your Simulacrum and Metamorph. You can never go wrong with playing either of those cards for 1 less mana :-)

Some of you may noticed the Metamorph (3U) in my mono black deck. I have EVERY intention of always paying that 2 life to play him out, knowing that if he dies, mimic vat will be there to bring him back for just 3 :)
