You should throw in Earthcraft and Rancor. Apart from that, Llanowar Augur is a very useful creature. You can buff it with rancor and go for trample early or you can sacrifice it to boost another, and even recover Rancor if you used it on him. Lure looks like a waste in this deck.

Doubling Season is too high a cost when looking at the critical early-game. You may gain doubling but just as you run Naturalize, there are many low-costs that can counter or destroy enchantments. The cost and reactions are important and Doubling season is good in decks like Saproling but Squirrels mass reproduce with Earthcraft/Squirrel Nest so it's not important in this deck.

Black, Blue, and Red could handle this if they knew it was coming...

I didn't predict you'd be making many tokens... I was perceiving more of a risk of sacrificing your cards over the chance you'll have tokens you'd be sacrificing. Now that I think about it though, rather than dominating with FirstStrike+DeathTouch, wiping out the mana producers/pingers with sac-burn might be more beneficial for you.

I'm still believe sac-life doesn't compete with lifelink though, and with the 2/3 your deck costing 2, I don't think you should worry about cost for this decision so It's a tough call depending on what you expect, situation-wise.

Have you considered running Toxin Sliver instead of Acidic Sliver? Also, Essence sliver instead of Darkheart Sliver? They're just my thoughts. ^_^

First: Primeval Titan is banned from Commander decks.

You're lacking power creatures with increased cost. You're running Omnath in a mana geration deck so cost is not a worry. Replace "Blanchwood Armor" with "Beastmaster Ascention". Replace "Hearbeat of Spring" with "Caged Sun" so you're not letting your enemy gain the upper hand from your enchantment. Remove "Abundant Growth" because it's a waste for you. Do not use "Copper Myr". "
"Armillary Sphere" seems like a waste with all the other land-hunting cards you run so dropping it will not harm your progression. "Quicksilver Amulet" isn't needed but it's fine to leave it so keep it if you like.

Drop your total lands to 33.

Cards to Consider: "Thrun, The Last Troll" "Garruk's Horde", "Bellowing Tanglewurm", "Druid's Repository","Lurking Predators".

I recommend including:
"Kozilek, Butcher of Truth" (Shuffle graveyard to library. Ulamog is indestructible so he won't work)
"Terastodon", "Acidic Slime", "Mold Shambler" (Permanent Destroyers)
"Moldgraf Monstrosity" (Dies-revive 2 creatures)
"Pelakka Wurm" (Enter-life, Dies-draw)
"Fauna Shaman" (Creature search ability)
"Asceticisim" (Hexproof and regenerate for your creatures)
"Leyline of Lifeforce" (Creature's can't be countered)
"Quest for Renewal" (Creatures untap)
"Genesis Wave" (Permanents)
"Overrun", "Overwhelming Stampede" (Trample and +power)

The idea of commander is to build around supporting your general. Saying you can swap your general for any other Black creature would just prove that this isn't a Kokusho deck if you ask me... I feel sad for Kokusho.

A key thing to do is write what it's about and how it works, otherwise it's just "I put a description because it wouldn't make the deck without one." That's what I usually do here! lol

You can learn from BS decks... and people don't copy them with the intent of using them like they would the general you provided here.

I'd run the lands you picked down to these:
Godless Shrine, Overgrown Tomb, Temple Garden
Isolated Chapel, Woodland Cemetary, Sunpetal Grove
Marsh Flats, Verdant Catacomb
Golgari Guildgate, Selesnya Guildgate
Stirring Wildwood
Command Tower, Strip Mine, Transguild Promenade, Vault of the Archangel
10 Forest, 4 Swamp, 4 Plains

Use the fetch-lands to grab Godless Shrine[Plains Swamp], Overgrown Tomb[Swamp Forest], Temple Garden[Forest Plains]. The Liliana I put above can search for these swamps as well.

Lands should be 1/3 of the deck, and since it has green in the deck, it shouldn't need to be more than 1/3. I would focus on getting the other cards as token generators/buffers and then afterwards, decide which lands you want to run and the ratio for basic lands. if you plan on running the double mana lands that come into play tapped and return a land to your hand, consider running `Amulet of Vigor`.

The Keyrune's don't seem very useful. A Sword of Feast and Famine and a Sword of Fire and Ice would be more reliable. Since 23 of your 29 creatures are green, you should definitely run Green Sun's Zenith.

Rather than looking like a token deck, it looks like a +1/+1 Counter deck. You should decide which you prefer and build from there or else you'll be stuck on where you plan to go.

If you choose the token route. I recommend `Akroma's Memorial` and `Eldrazi Monument` as boosts. Utopia Mycon helps with mana generation if you run partial Saprolings. Sprouting Phtohydrais a nice defender that makes copies for sacrifice or making more copies as well. Other Nice cards for a token deck include `Leyline of Vitality`, `Leyline of the Meek`, `Serra's Blessing`, `Coat of Arms`. There are plenty more as well.

Cards to Look into for mana solutions: `Prismatic Omen`, `Joiner Adept`, `Garruk Wildspeaker`, `Liliana of the Dark Realms`.

You do realize this is a Standard T2 deck and that Wall of Frost hasn't been standard for a while, last printed in `Magic 2011`. If I wanted to build a mill deck for Extended, I'd use UW or UG allies... UG would work fast but UW doesn't just give me mill but life gain, powerful attackers, draw power, and with some Legendary Eldrazi, anti-mill. You would then need `Leyline of the Void` to convert cards to Exiling before the hitting the graveyard effects take place.

It is an alternate win condition but if I only had walls, as said in the reply to Kuv, my opponent could build up more creatures than walls and my walls will be bypassed and I would be defeated easily so they can also be seen as a defense for cutting down my opponents forces.

Doorkeeper is there as a defender and secondary as a mill until I get a Sands.
Curse of Bloody Tome wasn't something I felt that would be as effective. It also drops the total creature count if I drop the doorkeepers. Not only is Doorkeeper a miller but also a 4-toughness defender who can block an attack against Jace. Fog bank was a good consideration but black and red have burn and -s that could easily handle a 2-toughness wall.

I did consider `Ludevic's Test Subject` but decided against it for several reasons... By the time I would flip it, the opponent would probably have defeated me or have been waiting me to waste my mana on trying to change it. The great thing about Jace's Phantasm is that it's a triggered effect to be a 5/5. It also has the benefits of attacking if need be.

Another consideration for a possible replacement that I consider is Angelic wall(1W) 0/4 Defender Flying. It has a low cost so it could be useful but my problem with replacing the Phantasm's and being a full-defender deck is that I can't kill the attackers so once my opponent reaches a certain amount of creatures, they'll swing by the sides of the walls.

Kraken Hatchling is not a Defender.

Something to keep in mind is that Supreme Verdict wipes my creatures too. Because it's a mill deck, you may as well call Jace's Phantasm a ([U] 5/5 Flying) card 80% of the time. With it's low cost and 1/4 an opponent normal life and the dual-lands that come in untapped for 2 life, it's effectiveness for both defense and offense is too important. I can see side decking for Angelic Wall once you deem the damage from Jace's Phantasm unneeded for the second and third matches.

It might be fine among your group of friends but you uploaded it to a deck-construction website where others can search your deck. Not everyone worries about verifying the cards that are legal for usage so you might cause a newbie to try and make a Commander deck with Kokusho as their general and get banned from a tournament.

Also, most of the time, when I look at others decks, I look at the deck title and then the cards. I rarely look at the description unless it looks like it's meaningful and a 1-to-3 line description won't tend to be meaningful...

You might like Harrow or Journey to Discovery.
Some people prefer Explore over Rampant Growth. Depending on the situation, they're both good and if you run 1-2 Journey's then running some Explore would be preferred to running all Rampants.

I recommend Harrow so you can use the mana immediately. There are other ways to go like Cultivate but that just reinforces that you want to use Explores since it would be useful.

Also, I just remembered, you might like the Oracle of Mul Daya. You do let your opponent know whats coming to your hand but you play an extra land each turn and you can play the top of your deck if it's a land. Of course combining it with Explore is beastly too.

There are tons of ways to build as a green deck, and the mana ramping comes from all over. It all depends on what you want to do and how you want to do it. I could give you tons of ways to expand onto your deck but unless you see the possibilities of how to use it, it's just a bunch of cards put together. ;)

In a 60 card deck, the possibility of drawing Rofellos/Llanowar is 1 in 20 cards. Meanwhile you're more likely to draw a 5+cost 1 in 6 cards. While you're busy waiting to draw land cards, they'll most likely be nicking you for 3-4 damage a turn. It adds up pretty quickly.

{T}: Add {1} to your mana pool.
{G}, {T}: Untap target Elf.

Now that I think about it, you should grab some Immaculate Magistrate. It throws X +1/+1 tokens on target creature. X being the number of Elves you control.
