Terramorphic Expanse Card Text: "Search your library for a basic land card"... Which land in your deck reads "Basic Land"?

There are only 5 basic lands in this game (10 if you include cold snap) and they are Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, Forest. The special lands you're using read "Counts as both swamp and forest". This means the lands would read "Land - Swamp Forest" not "Basic Land - Swamp Forest".

I forgot to point out... With Elvish Piper, you don't get their cast abilities, but the next turn you start annihilating, and if you spawned emrakul, you annihilate 6, which will probably kill their lands... and that's the end-game... *whistles*

You may as well throw in 4 Elvish Pipers.... assuming you want to keep Rofellos (since he's ages older...)

If I were you, I'd trade some Overrun for Overwhelming stampede. Similar concept, much more output!

Well built. It feels a little weak when I look at the sample hands. I feel like control or spirit tokens would shut it down.... Just like a dog, if you cut off it's claws and feed it, it will wag it's tail.. :(

I'm not saying it's bad though. I like it. :)

"Other creatures are 1/1." has serious problems. it only targets their base power/toughness. With an enchantment, equipment, or artifact, or other creatures saying "All slivers get +1/+1" start buffing their creatures far beyond yours. Also, +1/+1 counters aren't part of base power/toughness so it'd be base + counters.

On a side note, if you get lured into attacking and they burn your Godhead of Awe to death after you declare attackers or they declare blockers, or if you attack and they buff everything they have with instants.... you're like a moth to flames. I understand how the idea is good, but you don't have enough focus on getting and keeping Godhead of Awe out.

I hate to say it but I think you need to rethink what you want to do with the deck. Are you trying to make everything 1/1s or are you trying to make a token deck.

It's missing a Eldrazi Monument! (just kidding, that would ruin the Awakening Zone/Beastmaster Ascension combo)

I think you're too low on creatures. Other than that, I like this. :3

Wrong. You only pay kicker/multikicker's when you cast the spell. You never get to resurrect anything after you play it once. If you returned Marshal's Anthem to your hand and re-cast it, you would get creature back but exiling it will only disable and re-enable it's +1/+1 effect.

Remember.... X is 0 when it is not paid. When you cast Marshal's anthem, you pay a multi-kicker, say you pay it once, resurrecting an X=1 creature from the graveyard. When it leaves the battlefield and re-enters without a cast, the multi-kicker is not paid, making the effect of X=0. Your combo was a good idea but kicker doesn't work that way.

Elspeth Tirel - Nice tokens you got there!
AEther adept - Your creatures are where? :o
Sunblast Angel - WHAT are you saying... they were never there (combo with sleep)
Sun Titan - I like my graveyards stuffs :O they come back if they cost 3 or less!

$87.00 Mirrodin Beseiged Booster Box(Preoder)
$00.75 (Tracking fee)
$00.00 (Shipping) [If it costs more than enough, free shipping usually as incentive]
----------
$87.75
Split in half as $43.825. I let my friend pay $43 because I didn't wanna deal with change. Technically I paid $44.75 but forget the change >_> who cards about 3 quarters... :D

There are 2 bad ways to look at Omnath:
1) Legendary - Only 1 copy is allowed on the field. Because of this, you have fewer bombs and your opponent only needs 1 blocker because he doesn't have trample. You have overwhelming stampedes but your opponent can use Protection from Green effects, Fog, and other damage prevent measures to make your trample mean nothing for that turn.
2) He's only 1/1 .... No seriously... He costs 3... Sure, his ability is amazing... no lie. But what happens when a Doom Blade, Go for the Throat, or any of the black/red kill or burn cards come flying at him. Sure you can play him turn 3 and tap mana to make him 4/4 but then you cant use that mana or fear being burned. There are too many ways around him and you don't have ways of stopping him from being destroyed. His abilities only stay while he is in play so your pool empties normally once he dies.

I think you need more Vendalken Archmages. You have so many low cost or affinity for artifact creatures that I believe you should run more because 80% of your deck is currently artifacts and many of them are low cost or affinity for artifacts.

You could run without half of the Mox Opals. In fact, you should look into Steel Sabotage. For 1 mana, you could return an artifact from the field to the owners hand or counter target artifact spell. As you opponent destroys an artifact, you pay an island and return that artifact to your hand, making them waste a spell. It helps when your opponent plays a turn 2 or later Blightsteel Colossus or something of the sort. The main reason I recommend running fewer Mox Opals is because it is legendary.

~Good luck making the deck better!

I recommend 15-18 lands. I don't think the Greenweaver Druid or the Heritage Druid are acceptable for this deck. The Heritage Druid is nice but there are better mana generation schemes. Omnath should be reduced to 1 unless you plan to use him as a sacrifice-style monster because he is legandary.

You should run Joraga Warcallers to make all your elves super powered and Ezuri Renegade Leader's as "overrun" that can be used as many times a turn as you tap for the effect. The deck is set up nicely apart from this. The reason you want these 2 is that they're both elves and they make all your elves effectively 'bomb' cards.

I would recommend the higher end Eldrazi but you probably don't want to pour that much money into this deck.

~Good Luck!

Actually, if you go to 2+ prereleases, you could easily get the cards above. With a little trading, he could acquire even more. I bought a box and split it and the cost with a friend. Paying ~$44 for 18 packs isn't so bad. The prerelease costs a bit more too so i recommend splitting a box to be honest.

But this deck is nowhere near as bad as most of the professional 3rd-4th turn win standard infect decks.... It doesn't even compare to the Blightsteel infect decks either... *whistles* They're asking for too much! :D

The signal pests don't seem all that useful. Have you considered swapping them for some other cards? They seem helpful but they still cost 1 mana so they wouldn't be good for when infect would be most effective.

Nirkana makes any mana you tap worth 1 extra. With 2 Nirkana's out, tapping 1 swamp provides 3 black mana. Dropping down to 22 lands would be preferred over dropping to 24. You could get 3 Nirkana's Revenants. Another idea is to drop to 20 lands, add vampires from that, and then swap disfigures out for Urge to Feeds. You can tap any vampires, including ones with summoning sickness with the Urge to Feed's effect.

You should consider reducing to 20 land as well. The usual land recommendation is 33% and you're beyond that. If you're worred, run Nirkana Revenants. They are vampires as well so it gives you a more vampire-focused control deck.

Mox Jet is banned in Legacy and restricted to 1 in Vintage. You aren't "allowed" to use them in other formats. Apart from that, this deck runs pretty solid. :P
