Not a card. Its a type of exile. Things like ghostly flicker and venser can do this.

Make sure you're looking at the creature and not the planeswalker. The PW is w/u...which, honestly, is more fun when you are playing blink spells.
No I know what creature you are talking about I wanted him in here for years he's just a costly card for a playset

he's good cause he sends spells back aswell, but the planes walker is pretty good aswell
