With no Harrows? I don't think so.

Too bad Sigil captain's ability doesn't stack, so your 1/1 Soldier can only become a 3/3 with any number Sigil Captains out.

Where's the Misty Rainforest? If you're gonna have Landfall, you'll need some fetch lands, unless you're on a budget.

Nice, Un-sets are awesome.
You should add in Pithing Needles for the annoying Activated Ability users.

Oh yeah, you can't Archive Trap yourself.

Then you'd be able to mill your opponent's deck too. But great deck idea.

Too bad Chandra's ability only works on Red Sorceries/Instants.

Add in Blood Tribute, just for the opponent to lose half their life. You can kick if you have the Nighthawk out.

Felidar Sovereigns would fit nice here, if you couldn't quite get the Sanguine Bonds out fast enough. Also gives you an alternative win.

I would take out both Knights, and add in Zealous Persecution or Necromancer's Covenant, cause I think both are more useful that both of the Knights.

Quite a nice deck -- I would've made a Defender deck centered around Felidar Sovereign and Perimeter Captain.

You can look at my Black/White deck, see if you like to compare:

Hmm, Stuffy Doll decks usually come in Red/White, but yours is cool.
Maybe add Volcanic Fallouts (deal 2 damage to each creature and player) and Lightning Bolts (deal 3 damage for {R}.)
If you added White, Pariah would definitely come in handy.

Felidar Sovereign comes in great with this deck, in case you have 40+ life before you kill off an opponent w/ Sanguine Bond.
Path to Exile comes to mind for removal.

That's my take on a Life-based Black/White deck.

You could also add Overgrowth. Enchant a Forest, tap it for mana, then untap it with Arbor.

Low chance to draw a forest.
But nice deck -- love the idea. I was gonna make a deck like this, but I felt too lazy.
GJ!

A deck named "Persecutor" without Zealous Persecution?

Hmm, I say add in 2x Necromancer's Covenant, 2x Sanguine Bond, and take out the Child of Night completely. Creatures are easily dealt with; however Enchantments arent.

Have at least 22 Land in your deck, that way you can draw lands when you need them, and don't have to constantly wait for them. That, and a majority of your cards are harder to bring out due to higher mana costs.

Sign in Blood is good for draw power. You're gaining life, so a loss of two life is no big.

That's my take on a Black/White life-based deck.

Hellkite Charger > Broomother
Personally, a crapload of 1/1 suckers isn't as good as attacking twice.

Elvish Piper (as mentioned by braineater) > Bituminous Blast
With Elvish Piper, Mana accel will only be half as good.

Hellkite Overlord > Rampant Growth
Personally, I don't like Rampant Growth.

If you're having Knight of the Reliquary in your deck, bump up your land count to about ~27. You'll need the big bump.

Also, ever try using the lands for something other than getting them all the time? Multikicker and high casting cards come into mind (Marshal's Anthem, Lightkeeper of Emeria, Baloth Woodcrasher, etc.)

Great idea. I like it, alot.

Add two more swamps, and take out both of your Child of Night.

@ninjadog39 He has a sideboard, smart one. Those extra 15 cards are added to the total # of cards.

You wanna make sure your combo doesn't get broken -- focus on discard cards as early as you can. Disrupt some opponent's plan to stop you. Blightning and Duress come to mind.

Relic of Progenitus has a great purpose in this deck in case you don't have Bojuka Bog out.

Since you're running Blue, Selective Memory helps thin out your if you don't want to draw. Exile all unnecessary cards so you have a higher chance to draw what you need.

Also, a Ravenous Trap might come in handy -- they drop a couple cards from discarding, you can exile their grave.

Honestly, this deck idea isn't original, but you adding Blue was the first time I saw it.

Vampire Nighthawks would fight in perfectly, maybe. 3 for a 2/3 Flying, Lifelink, and Deathtouch.

If you're keeping most of it Lorwyn, try Knight of the Meadowgrain, or Mistmeadow Skulk. Both are great Lifelinkers.
