Sounds solid, except creeping tar pit keeps cipher while it's a land. So do the keyrunes. Unblockable manland that does weird mill stuff and pops aberration effects sounds super nice.
You can use Rogue's Passage, or Deathcult Rogue Or if your're keeping it modern, then Invisible Stalker
