I would personally cut the firefist stirkers to up your count of Silverblade Paladins to 4, and make room for maybe a Thalia to compensate your 2 drop human, with the added bonus of being proactive against noncreature based decks.

I sideboarded thalia, because of the fact that I like a bit of burn in mainboard and that would make it more difficult to make plays off of burn. Also, the reason I chose not to up the count of silverblades was due to the fact that firefist helps me get my attack through whenever I have him out. Though I will playtest more to see if silverblades will benefit me more in the end. My first concern though is getting more reckoners haha. Thanks for the suggestion!
I would take a look at legion loyalist because he is a one drop has haste and the battalion effect give creatures you control first strike and trample they can not be blocked by tokens until end of turn. I also would find a why to up boros reckoner to 4 I have seen a lot of pro decks that run 4 of him
