Yes it would, your ideal turn 4 is one of your planeswalkers. I'd recommend moving Brimaz into the sideboard and drop the godsend for another land. Use 3 banishing priest and one spear to replace the Brimaz. He's not human and he's only needed for a few decks. And for when the core set drops the new flash creature for the sideboard maybe some celestial flares too.
I actually need 2 more mutavault. I just posted my current list on here. I do agree with your thought process though. I'll have to test. Thanks!
