IMO you've got more control than you need and not enough of a win condition. As it stands now, it looks like it would take a long time to win a game with this deck.
Luminarch ascension is all i need to win along with polymorph into the progenitus considering its the only creature. You obviously dont know that double negatives are for cascade. Not to mention i can counter multiple creatures in a turn if played simultaneously. Swerves are for Anything like bolts blightnings other controls divinations ponder i can all make them be mine so i would think they are better than you think. I can also avoid paths.
i think what mrgoodbytes is trying to say is often you will find yourself hold double negative and it becomes a cancel for rbb. if you are playing in any FNM nobody (at least not where i play) is dumb enough to cast multiple spells without passing priority and yes while it is amazing against cascade realize that the only decks people are playing in t2 right now that you really need to worry about that is jund...so i would sideboard them myself, just saying.

if u counter 2 creatures with double negative and they werent cascaded then you should get up and slap the other player in the face and tell them to gtfo.
