This is the standard I made called Sniper Control changed into a Modern control. Pretty much guttersnipe is my standard, Delver of secrets is my modern. 70 percent of the two decks are pretty identical, I have 19 cards I switch in and out to make it go modern to standard.Delver of secrets annoys and takes advantage quickly as in most delver decks do, but I have assemble the legion as a bombshell more a little later to completely destroy the opponent especially if they have taken care of delver of secrets somehow. I have an arsenal of control to support anything I have going and to disassemble anything the opponent can do.

hmmmm well at first look I'd say you need a hell of a lot more card raw >.>argg, I can't seem to recall the exact cards I want to suggest. sigh guess this means I need to go find my modern delver U/R deck and put in on the site. then I can give you a proper response
