Looks pretty good. I would take the propogators out. They don't do much and there's better things to spend mana on. Not sure if you're going for standard or not but if this is for fun you could run a playset of each of the Urza's lands. They'll help you pump up some power for this deck. Check out my myr deck if you're interested. Mine's not standard but it still works like a champ.
