Song of Creation

I think Song of Creation is a secret S-Tier and I am desperate to prove it.

This deck uses Song's draw and ramp powers to win by one of four avenues:
-Go sicko mode into a big Stormchaser Mage or Conflagrate
-Dump your ramp into a Hexdrinker or two
-Draw out with a Maniac in play
-Grind it out with Uro's healing and your control spells

Decklist explanation:
Emissary adds a 2/2 body to a bunch of different plays and is an honorary 0-cost spell when Song is in play for making BEEG combos.
Hexdrinker sucks up all the ramping you did if you accidentally flub the turn and have to discard your hand. You can level him up halfway, counter a response when he's about to get prot instants, then finish the job if they can't respond.
Maniac is mostly bait or Force-fodder, but is good if you pop off too hard.
Stormchaser will poke their eye out, kid.
Uro is a big boy who heals you and helps you ramp, we like Uro.
Conflagrate will poke their other eye out, kid.
Force is the card all your Songs will be used to fuel if you're against an enemy that doesn't want to hear you sing.
Manamorphose because 3-color deck and Song turns this into a 0-mana draw 3.
Prismari Command to cycle cards and make treasures mostly, but it can kill a minion or artifact sometimes.
Quandrix Command to bounce annoying cards, move stuff out of graveyards, or buff up a creature.
Surgical is 0-mana, lets you see their stuff, and stops graveyard shenanigans.
Test of Talents because it stops the cards I don't like for 1 blue and 1 colorless.
Bauble for draw that kicks in after you've discarded and also is a 0-mana draw 2.

Sideboard explanation:
Anger is for decks that build wider than you or play crap that reanimates.
Force of Vigor is almost constantly a free cast in this deck and stops their sideboard cards.
Turn the Earth for flashback to recycle cards and draw on the enemy's turn and gain health. Combined with Uro and Anger to help against wide/aggressive decks. These replace some of the command cards or test of talents if they're mostly creatures.
Veil as an interrupt for early discard. Leyline might turn out to be better but it's a dead draw without a manamorphose ready to play so I think I have to accept it as a weakness of the deck overall.
Tormod's and Bojuka for more graveyard hate. Not sure about how much of it is really needed with 2x surgicals mainboard but we'll see.

I think this will come down to knowing what your opponent's deck will let you get away with and timing the use of Song properly. Once you've drawn like a madman for even one turn you can probably ramp a hexdrinker and play some Uro and win even if Song gets removed and they never let you play it again.
