This an aggro deck. make the smashy winny murder fast type of deck. Having said that, you need to speed this deck up. You don't need aetherize in the mainboard, it'd be a dead card against control and midrange and doesn't trigger heroic. As a matter of fact, 100% of your spells should trigger heroic, so it's got to go. Instead, run flames of the firebrand. It's a bomb in heroic decks, target phalanx leader, akroan crusader, and battlewise hoplite, three heroic triggers, they all survive and are bigger for it. Definitely want to put them in. You don't want blind obedience, doesn't trigger heroic! and should be ordeals of thassa, they are gonna be the ordeals you really want, they'll draw you a ton of cards which aggro decks need, plus it's a heroic trigger. Cut all six enchantment creatures. They'll be too expensive for this deck to bestow, you're only running 20 lands(which I'll get to in a bit) and so hitting that much mana for just one heroic trigger is not worth it. Instead, run gift of orzhova and madcap skills. Yeah you can get two for one'd with them, but they're just too powerful for you to ignore.

Your lands need to get bumped up. At least to 22 lands. Shimmering grotto needs to be a shock, or hell a guildgate. The land base is gonna be tricky but practice makes perfect and the lands are always the hardest part of multicolor deck building. Also, cut Seal. He won't do you any favors, that effect isn't good in standard, only limited.
