You don't have enough land in this deck and too many cards, and quite a few cards you don't need. Get rid of sniper and douser. Put more adepts in. Get rid of sniper. Get rid of rune snag and replace with Broken Ambitions (its a counter that clashes for a possible 4 mill). If you want this deck to mill, make it mill hard. Judge of currents is nice, but summon the school is better. Gets you more merrows for Drowner. But at the minimum, get the deck down to 60, and put at least 22 lands in.

I say put in two more silvergills, they're awsome. Also Silvergill douser could be thrown in your main deck to cushion most the damage you'll take. take out terremorphics and put in the vivids, they're just as fast but can tap for both as opposed to just one. Put in more summon the school. And where is Jace?
One thing that really bugs me, is the fact that the strategy or the cards are all scattered. You don't need a lot of cards in this. I have a Red//Blue Deck called Page Burn 60 which isn't legal in [Standard Format], So I can't help too much. Good Luck! Also where's the Planeswalker?
