Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
I wanted to combine the awesomeness of Ninjutsu and mill, this deck seems to be a late game deck, but if anyone has any advice it would be greatly welcome
I tend to try and mill them at every point and use my ninja's to screw their board presence over.

Don't take this the wrong way but the ninjas just seem shoehorned in. For the ninjas to be used effectively you want to deal damage then pay the ninjutsu cost. I posted a ninja deck myself and I say this not for self promotion but because it may give you some ideas of cards. My best suggestion is to either split the deck into a ninja deck and a mill deck or think about adding ways to control/manipulate the ninjas more effectively by adding unblockable creatures and some more board control. Specific cards I look into are Dimir Infiltrator, Call to Heel, Ornithopter, and Ravenous Rats to name a few cards that could quickly speedup and focus the deck.

No that's definitely alright and kind of awesome actually. It's funny because when I was making the deck I thought to myself with a few little changes it could be a pretty cool mill deck.
try mistblade shinobi for control and to get the curve down
