Yeah I'm not sure what to do about it. I know I need to drop some creatures, but they all seem too good to take out. In my head 4 Bloodghasts seem amazing when they're all in your graveyard, but like I said, I'll have to see how it plays out.

Yes I was unsure about Bloodhusk Ritualist. I thought the discarding might be nice, but you're probably right and they will just get in the way. At this moment I don't have the Bloodghasts yet, I'm ordering them soon, so I'll see how things play out with them. I'm a bit more inclined to drop the Captivating Vampires, since tapping 5 vampires seems unlikely to me.

I'm ashamed that I forgot about her. And I don't mean to just name off the best vampires but Nocturnus does well with those.
I'd definitely go with 4 Overburden since you don't have any creatures. And either you got lucky with Lorwyn or you're loaded because I've looked into Cryptic Command and it's not cheap... I don't see what Spreading Seas does for you here.
Maybe more lands? 14 is a bit low.
Gatekeeper of Malakir is an awesome vampire. Bloodghast is also a good one.
I think it could use some Gatekeeper of Malakirs. Nice with 4 Sadistic Sacraments.
