Deck Description

Esper, the shard of Alara dedicated to the power of artifacts! Play the role of the ultimate artificer, with Sharuum the Hegemon leading the siege! All organic life will cower in fear at the army of artifacts under your control!

How to Play

Etherium Tactics is a deck commanded by Sharuum the Hegemon, a sphinx of vast knowledge and insight. Every time Sharuum enters the battlefield, any artifact card may enter the battlefield from your graveyard. Every artifact card serves a purpose, whether it's further fodder for your Time Sieve, material for your Master Transmuter, or another sphinx to confuse or bewilder your foes.

Every card serves as a potential combo. Use your Sharding Sphinx in conjunction with your Time Sieve, giving you an extra turn every five turns. Fortify your defenses with a Wall of Denial or an Inkwell Leviathan. If your opponents are gaining too much power, wipe them out with a good blast from your Scourglass. If in the event that one of your valuable artifacts become scrap, use Protomatter Powder or Frantic Salvage to get yourself back into the game. Finally, if you're short on mana, throw out a multi-kicked Everflowing Chalice or abuse the power of your Grand Architect to really bolster your manapool.

In the event that Sharuum isn't quite what you need, swap her out for a triple threat. Sen Triplets make their appearance, giving you the ultimate mind control. Use your guile and wits to take control of your opponents, silencing them for your turn and giving you access to their arsenal of spells. Use the power of your Exotic Orchard to play spells you wouldn't normally have access to. Is one of your opponents creatures not enough for you? Send out a second copy with Minion Reflector and give them something to fear. If your opponents have too much on the battlefield, exile them away with Venser, the Sojourner's ultimate ability.

With the power of etherium, you will have the ultimate control of the battlefield!
