Consider putting Twincast inside, so you can duplicate donate effect or whatever needed.

Thanks for advice, those new cards from Alara are sick.
Believe me, I found 2xPariah more than enough. Was running 4 tutors before, but reduced it to two too. The deck circulation is very nice (swans FTW), so In most cases I don't have a problem pulling out on table whatever I need. :)
Deck is nice, but dragonchild gave you advice in right direction that will improve it. I would remove 2 of Pariah shields, 2 shield of kaldra, and 2 of each enchantments. By that you would have pretty much optimum number of cards in deck. And I would totally add 4 enlightened tutors so you can dig out whatever you need from library.
