Deck Description

Ok Just playing around with some Myr techniques and I threw this together.

I loved the budget deck "I can't take much Myr of this" by Jacob on the WoTC site. But I thought it need some more WOW factor, like infinate Myr Galvanizers isn't WOW enough for you!!!

I kept the based deck structure and reduced the mana, (I love to play with low mana, It's a character flaw but it's fun to see the faces of the guys at my local shop when I crush them with only 11-12 mana in my deck. But this deck has plenty of other mana sources and the curve is still on par with normal mana levels. The mana doesn't enter the field for free.

So the deck plays fairly similar to Jacob's but I added in the Golem Artisan and the Myr Battlesphere.

I upped the Splinter Twins to 4 because one Myr Ball isn't enough how about an Infinate/Infinate number of balls rolling across the field!

Here's how the combo works:

First you cast Splinter Twin on the Myr Battlesphere. From there you Splinter Twin your Myr Galvanizer. Once you have these two in place you should have atleast enough Myr Mana to start the replication process.

Replicate the Battlesphere
Replicate the Galvanizer
Tap one mana untap all of your Myr and repeat.

Everytime you do this you are also getting 4 1/1 myr tokens from the Battlesphere.

Is that enough WOW for you?

But wait there's more!!!

Just imagine rolling over your enemy with 50 50/50 Myr Balls with Trample.

The simple little Golem Artisan could easily be looked at as a junk card. To me, it cost too much and it's abilities are generally useless because trample is only good on larger creatures, so he can hit the field in your weenie Myr deck and not be taken seriously.

But once you have your Myr Battle-ball primed and ready he now becomes amazing!!! Now you have Balls of Trampling! Now who doesn't want that?

Reality Check...

This combo is not going to be the easy to pull off but in reality if you get the Myr Galvanizer combo to go off the rest is just insult to injury.

Let me know what you think,

Deck discussion for Myr Bowling v1

I love it. 10/10 for the name, ha.

I would be incredibly hesitant to play only 12 lands. It can work, but in the sample draws for me about a third of the time I didn't draw any lands.

LOL Glad you like it. I've made some changes and upped the mana it's still not fool proof but it should be fun just to see if it can be pulled off successfully!
