you have a lot of good cards but only one off and no consistent mana base for those colors and curve. I have a u/w artifact deck and it works alright. i'd suggest cutting down to two colors of your choice and try to work from there

my roomate runs a casual sliver deck so i'll comment based on my experience against it. it runs very aggressively and i think it was just three or 4 colors. you might want to focus on a couple things: get lots of slivers out fast, get them big, and swing a lot.

-gemhide is probably the single most important sliver to get yourself rolling.
-keep slivers like muscle and talon, try to look for other slivers that buff (theres a white one that gives +1/+1 but i forget the name)
-keep crystalline but consider dropping one or two, also think about getting harmonic as a possible sideboard
-get atleast one legion, with gemhide its ridiculously easy to get out and makes your slivers huge instantly

you should probably get 4x of Hada and the Kazandu.

drop some of the lesser allies, like hunter and joraga for some removal like journey to nowhere, or some protection like vines of vastwood and emerge unscathed
