I recently picked up Prosper's precon, because I can't help it when I see a Rakdos deck. After skimming through the deck and looking some stuff up, I figured why not try upgrading it? I know that Prosper CAN be cEDH, but figured it'd be more fun to upgrade it without going that far. So, here's my "fair" Prosper list.
Impulse decks are really weird. Thankfully, Prosper is a value machine for impulse, so it's all. It's simple: we exile EVERYONE'S cards and try to either disrupt our opponents that way or gain value by netting treasures off Prosper. We also run a more minor treasure focused package to try and win off our mass of treasures we SHOULD be gaining. Throw in a few control cards, and a few alternative win-cons, and you have a fun little deck!
