Forget Tergrid, forget Tinybones, and forget politics. Tourach's goal is to rip hands to pieces, then booty slap your opponents who can't produce a way to stop him because they have no cards. This is discard with a ferocious twist. We crank out a tremendous amounts of hand hate, which power up our Commander to do some ridiculous damage. We also generate value via card draw from opponent and make them suffer for discarding or not having a big hand. We also have other stuff to finish people off....or something like Dauthi Voidwalker to permanently exile stuff we discard. I dunno, just remember that playing discard tends to make you a target.
