Deck Description

Bant Soulbond was a deck I saw run ALOT during Innistrad, and back then I hated it with a passion. But years later, after it's long been rotated out to modern, I find myself curious as to why it was so played. I saw 2 or 3 of these almost every FNM after Avacyn Restored hit the shelves, and just thought it was like the Vampires trend. Now, like Allies and Samurai, I wanna give it a go with a fun little casual deck that costs less than $20. Enjoy.

How to Play

So basically, your deck is full of team players that want to join up to keep the board tilted in your favor. All of your creatures can pair up to get stronger, and when one of the pair members die, you can summon another teammate to re-pair the lonely guy up! Cloudshift and Familiars Ruse allow you to ave these creatures reenter the battlefield when you have lonely creatures to get better bonds, like Silverblade Paladin with Trusted Forcemage or Wolfir Silverheart with Wingcrafter! Mana Leak helps out early game to stop quick threats to stall you enough time to pair up, and Joint Assault is great at keeping you creatures alive or finishing off the opponent! Just keep the buddies together and victory is assured!
