Combo for turn 3-5 kill depending on opponent response. Hada and Shatterskull levelers can get through for the win, or just to stabilize the field incase of draw. With a 1.75 mana curve...you shouldn't get screwed unless it clumps one color. Sideboard responds to weenie flying, enchantments (O-rings, aura's, etc), planeswalkers, and Ulamog for those brave enough to try a mill.

Well, pay tested it at standard...and it didn't play as well as expected. Problem with such a low mana curve is that you can play out to top deck quickly. So, pulling out 2 of the staggershock along wiht shatterskull pass and tuktuk for see beyond and fleeting distraction for some draw - adding guard gomazoa in main. mixing my dispell's with negate for a bit more solid control. See if that plays a little better.
