I'm not sure on the milling options in here. I would personally replace the chronic flooding with favorable winds.

i agree with the last person's comment. this deck needs a lot of work. the most expensive cards needed to complete this deck are the shock lands and geist of saint traft. the glacial fortresses are $5 at the most, and drogskol reaver is only worth about $2. for now i would worry about getting the easy stuff. drop the floodings, the rest in peace, shriek geist, archon, and some of the counter spells. u should try to get some things like midnight haunting, lingering souls, and favorable winds. if u have a local card shop to go to, it shouldnt be very hard to get these things. having these cards would make the deck run way smoother.
midnight haunting, lingering souls, intangible virtue, favorable winds. Drop fiendhunters and add more dungeon geist. 2 more azorious charm would be good for the early game. drop chronic flooding vassal soul, rest in peace. you want 24 land if you dont have any draw spells.
