I like what you're thinking, but there are a couple cards I'm no sure what to think. Mana Echoes and Red Sun's Zenith or Earthquake is a good idea, you should drop Pyroclasm though. Pyroclasm, while it is a soft clear, can kill any 3/1 you have (Obviously you wouldn't play it if it would, but then you're banking on having +2/+2 counters on all your creatures to save them.) If you're looking to deal a lot of damage with ele tokens, add more Battle Hymn's, another Hostility, and bring the total closer to 60.
