Counter spells would be an example. Any instant speed draw card. But the trigger ability isn't really the sell point for me. It's the hexproof 3/3 for 3 mana. That's a pretty nice setup especially since removal is such a big deal such as Hero's downfall, abrupt decay, doom blade, even all the burn spells. Granted there are plenty of ways around hexproof as mentioned in an earlier comment.

Very nice set up! Is the battlewise hoplite here just for the scry mechanic? If not then maybe you could considered favored hoplite for a solid 1 drop. I've seen it grow big real fast. Plus you can use him with ordeal to quickly draw cards. Great build!

I couldn't agree more. Made the change. The extra token generation definitely helps, too. Last night's FNM yielded pretty good results. I definitely see improvements to be made. Possibly some removal. I'm thinking Magma Jets in place of Titan's Strength
Sway doesn't care if ya make your own hyper budget decks lol. He is actually quite happy that people really like the idea. Plus it gives Him and me the chance to try out all those cheap experiments when we go to FNM, so the more ideas the merrier :D
