Get Mycosynth Lattice out and Darksteel Forge, then use Shatterstorm to wipe the board or Echoing Ruin on your opponents lands. Emissary of Despair starts hitting for a LOT after the Lattice is in play. And how could I not put Disciple of the Vault in here? Metalworker and Voltaic Construct combo to give you the mana to cast the pricier stuff.

why do you have echoing decay and what spell is turning opponent's lands into creatures?

Oops, that should have been Echoing RUIN, not decay. The Mycosynth Lattice turns my opponents lands into artifacts. I fixed it.
