An attempt to make a deck based around the curse cards put of innistrad. The cards seem like they have a good amount of power when they start to accumulate. However they also seem to do me no good in the early game and they are Crap against creatures. Therefore I needed several things for this deck to work.1) a more control based build.2) a way to get the curse of misfortunes out fast. The deck is Crap without it.3) a creature generator of some sort that will allow me to have some chump blockers for those things I can't remove.4) a big wall to hide behind.So after looking into cards I had on my desk for about ten minutes I managed to come up with this list.Sorin, lord of innistrad is actuallyba big killer in this deck. He helps keep blockers coming every turn and his emblems help make shallow grave zombies a secondary win con.Alms beast is an amazing blocker for four mana. 6/6 for four in a deck that wins by continuing damage from enchantments. The life gain is a down turn of course but the life they should be losing from the enchantments should balance it out rather well. Open the vaults. Amazing in this list. It literally brings the entire win con back from a total loss. Also lets us play table top multiple player games.Curse of the cabal. It's a curse. And it works so well here. It controls so well.Terminus. A black white control deck without just seems put of place to me.
protect yourself with your removal spells until you can build up a large amount of curses on your opponent. save your open the vaults for a last resort in case of a full blowout like parasalene. the curse of thirst will kill your opponent for you. if this doesn't feel free to weaken them with a combination of tokens from sorin and a brutal beating from the zombies your curses can provide of the long term.
