Deck Description

Still after all this time this is my modern deck. its efficient, consistent and unexpected in the current meta. Very few players are ready for Ajani, caller of the pride to send a pridemate flying in for 10 with double strike. the sideboard is always a work in progress so mind the mess.

How to Play

step one: play creatures

step two: gain life

step three: profit

sideboard:

burn get s the leyline and mark of asylum. pretty much become one sided when you have those two.

discard and mill get leyline

eldrazi get medic for extra attacking support and blocking x spells which makes a big difference. plus hes a body. this card is the most frequently questioned card in the deck and honestly hes so good he almost makes main deck.

scapeshift gets mindcensor

rest in piece handles reanimation decks and any who use graveyard shenanigans.

Only synergy with her unfortunately is Serra ascendant because all the life is only one instance.

Have you considered Secure the Wastes, or splashing black (via Godless Shrine) for lingering souls?

I have considered both actually. Lingering souls is a great card.
