This is part of a project to create a deck of each color that is easy to use for beginners, competitive with the other decks in the project, and also to illustrate the character of each given color.This was the most challenging deck to create. Blue strikes me as the most advanced color to use, so creating a deck that a beginner could succeed with took a lot of time. Using monks was a good way to get worthy creatures on the table and the prowess ability i felt illustrates blues tendency to take and extra step or require more planning to be effective.
