I've faced this deck before, and let me tell you. The possibilities of getting wrecked right from turn 4 are just innumerable. If it's not a Balefire Dragon lockout, then it becomes a game of removing the things that come out with Kaalia (which sometimes you just can't keep up). This Kaalia seems to have Shroud or Hexproof, Indestructable, and definately haste among other things.
