Deck Description

This deck was not built to win. It was built to annoy the opponent. So winning with it is unlikely, due to the lack of creatures for defense.

Low costing mill deck, with a low CMC curve. The original idea was to build a cheap costing mill deck, with staying under an average of 3 CMC play cost for the deck. The deck average sits at about 2.2 mana per card. (removing Emrakul, it drops to 1.9 mana per card)

Emrakul was just a goof addon to the deck, but since he actually proved useful, he never actually left. He provides a counteractive milling effect. Also allows for a self recycle, should I muff that up some how. He isnt meant to be played in the least.

In the history of this specific deck, Talrand was a late addon that was useful to how the deck tends to operate. But was never in the original deck idea.

How to Play

Emrakul you hold forever. Its for discarding!

Everything else, play it as you get it.

Keep just one Jace's Archivist on the field at a time, wouldn't want a Sever The Bloodline to muck up the fun in one good swing.

I've had mock matches with friends where I asked for the extended play to see how the deck would work, should I end up in a long game.

I've found that I could draw up to, and beyond 15 cards a turn, and recycle them as well.
