0. You want at least 3 mana (or ramp) in your opening hand, one of each at least would be best but you can only get so lucky.1. Drop Kaalia asap.2. Make her Indestructible and/or hexproof and/or shroud.3. Smash faces with a bunch of big creatures, most of which have "comes into play" or "Combat damage" effects. All but like 3 fly.4. Win

Obzedat maybe? both ghost councils, and maybe the other rakdos?

Obzedat and the ghost councils can't be cheated in, and they are not amazing enough on their own to warrant inclusion. Rakdos is good, but this deck gets played heavily in multiplayer free-for-all, and the Sac Rackdos means doom for you in that format. In a dual setup, it would be a good addition. Agreed.
