Stout little Simic deck. Kind of a combo between control and beat-down. The idea is creatures that are hard to deal with combo with auras that not only pump them up a bit, but also manipulate your mana and allow you to draw cards. With all those extra cards and extra mana, you should be able to keep your opponent at bay long enough to lay the smack down. Or that's the idea, if all goes well.Lots of combo's. Sleep into Tamiyo's second ability is pretty rad. Temporal Mastery is worth hard-casting if you have to, especially if you have a Bear Umbra attached to someone--that theoretically gives you 4 chances to cast spells (plus multiple card draws and attacks) before your opponent gets his turn back. Feedback welcome, I know it ain't perfect. But it's pretty fun when the cards show up in the right order.

Changed it again, made it non-budget.
For budget version, substitute sword of fire and ice for curiosity, and planeswalkers for whatever instants you want to pump guys or tap your opponents' guys. Feel like this deck can be 90% as effective for 10% of the retail cost, this is just the Deluxe Version.
Oh, and Birds of Paradise for Noble Hierarch.
