Deck Description

A mass production zombie token deck

I'd love to turn some heads by making the front page with this.

Deck discussion for Zombie Factory

Well i have to say that this deck is too slow. By the time you have a decent number of tokens out you'll have taken some pretty bad hits. Here look at my zombie EDH, it has alot of token creating opportunities that have the potential to work faster.

I actually got to battle test this against the Venser duel deck. It slaughtered.. I had Army of the Damned out on turn either 4-5. From then on, I had him on the ropes and all out attacked him with 30+ 2/2 Zombies. It was intense. My friend was at -52 life after that onslaught. I was so surprised when I was able to pull that off. Explore, Rampant Growth, and Reclaim for the win.

Whaaaahh!! zombie everywhere!!!. Love this deck for casual, and it may even surprise a few people at FNM's...I love decks that present new challenges and leaves your opponent in shock after you win game 1. Nice idea, +1

I really like this deck and it gave me a few great ideas for my deck. The only issue with this one is it wouldn't work for FNM because of explore isn't standard. Other then that this is fantastic idea.

I'd gladly accept any ideas to standardize this. I'd love to take it to FNM

I really like the way you are running the zombie spawns, I've seen blue black for zombies, but I've gotta say this is the best so far that I have seen! Also, you saw my blue white tokens, how would you suggest splashing green for parallel lives?

Nice build, personally i would throw in a few fog since you will run in to trouble against hard hitting flyers and fast aggro decks.

Ihad actually thought about that last night. I think I will.

The titan is nice, but expensive. You could take it out and instead add 1 more Diregraf Ghoul and 2 more Gravecrawlers. Other than that, you have an awesome deck.

It is expensive, but a key part. Also, mana ramp helps with his cost ;)

Cool deck. I play zombie decks a lot, but I don't see a lot of zombie tokens. Take a look at my vampire deck when you get a chance: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=370236

Moans of the Unhallowed helps against early aggro and u need some mana makers. Dark Ritual, Blood Pet, Elvish Spirit Guide, Llanowar Dead, and Kodama's Reach r some premium cards for fast mana.

Because I like zombies I can't help to not like it, also for the idea of making it B/G!

Parallel lives + Endless ranks of the dead sounds pure evil.

What bothers me slightly is the speed... U got some ramp there, which is nice, but can u really get Army of the damned out in time?

I've never been too successfull with Army of the damned, therefore I doubt its purpose in this deck also.

My suggestion would be to remove Army of the damned and add a plains & Intangible virtue to buff your tokens and give them vigilance for 1W.

U got Abundant growth in there, by splashing white, you could make this deck even more devastating and faster. :)

If you're not in a hurry, would u mind taking a look at my standard U/G/B splinterfright deck? The community's been to great assistance, helping me to make it a complete deck.

Well, I learned from failing miserably that my deck was too slow. The most recent changes i.e. current deck have added more mana and ramp with abundant growth and so on. I'm gonna keep toying with it, but right now I want to try out the new changes. Unfortunately it will be two more weeks before another standard FNM at my local place. I will however be playing it with friends and see how it does there. I've done a few drawing sims and have like my hands each time. Pulling enough land and something to play on the first or second* turn. I'll let you guys know how it goes next round. In the meantime, I'm still getting my black burn/control ready for my qualifier this weekend.

Put in a few BIRDS OF PARADISE
I know they're getting kicked out in a month or so, but come on, it'll be worth it when you kick butt at FNM and then just crucify people with endless swarms of zombies
You might also want to add some life gain with disciple of bolas or something

What they said, this deck will take far too long to play it's main headkicker in Army of the Damned.
Bear in mind, cards like Blasphemous Act and Echoing Truth will just straight out nuke your deck, it may be worth having some kind of back up plan if you come up against it.
I would consider putting in 4 Dark Ritual and some Cabal Ritual so you can cast your business earlier.

Could you take a minute to check out my deck?

Might I suggest adding a splash of white for Intangible Virtue? It's very good with tokens. Maybe even some Geralf's Messenger? It is my favorite card. If you get the chance, could you please check out my Damage Defense deck? It's one I've just thought about and I was wondering what you think. Thanks!

Abundant Growth does not give you more mana just allows you to diversify your mana. I would also suggest Blood Artist to support your damage/life loss/gain output.
