I'm not sure what the correct quantities should be, but Boros Garrison; Gruul Turf; and Selesnya Sanctuary can help get regular landfall triggers. Groundswell - {G} instant +4/+4Rancor - While not landfall related, this will help Steppe Lynx / Plated Geopede get through.
Rancor is not common. The lands are a okay idea but just be carful that you don't get stuck.

+1Beside DedWards suggestions I would, at least for the sideboard, take a look at "Apostle's Blessing" or any other good (colour) protection spell. "Ranger's Guile" or "Vines of Vastwood" would be some other options. GreetingsMuktol
