Once a deck has over 80 or more cards you really need to put in tutors to have any hope for consistancy. Add 4 Vampiric Tutor, 4 Diabolic Tutor, 4 Diabolic Intent and more mutli-color lands and moxes. Mana sources should be at least 33% of deck.
