Chaos / spellslinger build for EDH. Kess is the primary commander and who I originally used to build the deck. I also liked Jeleva and the idea of chaos and random spells. She is in the command zone as the secondary commander and a way to play the deck differently without having to build a new deck or make changes.
Most of the creatures are utility. But there are cards that can help you develop a board state. There are 5 cards plus mana rocks to make instants and sorceries cheaper which you will be playing most of the time. The fun part is the board wipes which mostly won't affect you and a lot of "copy spell" effects to make the deck interesting. There is 3 noncreature win cons in the deck and it could probably use more card draw.
