Rakdos sacrifice deck for post rotation. The sacrifice theme isn't very strong since I have started to move away from that idea. I believe have a good low to the ground aggressive deck is a good baseline and have the sacrifice theme for some reach. I think the Enforcer and Angrath's Rampage are the most flexible slots but I'm unsure of what to replace them with. I want to fit in Light Up the Stage somehow.Grim Initiate may be better than Torch Courier since there isn't really anything you are worried about having haste but it is a free sac outlet. It can give a 4/3 Mayhem Devil haste or a planeswalker haste from a Sarkhan activation which is a nice trick.
Since there will be tap lands in the new standard playing a 1 drop on turn 1 may not always be possible. You can save them for turn 3 however and double spell with a 2 cmc spell if you don't have a 3 cmc spell. Chandra, Acolyte of Flame synergises with both Judith and Mayhem Devil in different ways making that a way to get through with damage.
