That's one expensive deck you have there. For an infect deck, you sure don't have many ways of dealing infect damage. You're also really heavy on control. Simic Charm might help you consolidate a lot of your spells. Lets you bounce, buff, or protect all in one UG package. Spells like Wings of Velis Veil and Distortion Strike are also very much at home in an infect deck since they get your guys through. Hope my suggestions were helpful.

This is pretty much stock legacy infect, they only play 12 threats and its great, played it for the first time this weekend at the Legacy Classic at SCG Worchester and went 5-3, never had a problem with not enough infect threats, the deck sees so many cards with brainstorm and ponder.
