Blue and Black control deck. Uses creatures early on to stall opponents attacks while the scepters combo up with Counterspell, Boomerang, Diabolic edict. Eventually opponents permanents are bounced then countered or discarded leaving the battlefield open for my creatures to pick off opponents.
