Thanks for the help, I made some major changes and I'm hoping the deck will play better now.

Some cards you may want to look at for this deck are tome scour and glimpse the unthinkable, which are both cheap mill cards. Sword of body and mind is also a good card that could combo with creeping tar pit. Jace's erature go well with jace, memory adept, and sangromancer could give you some life gain if the lack of powerful creatures gives you a problem.
Call of the grave was in there by mistake that was supposed to be avatar of woe. As for what I'm trying to do with this deck, it's a control deck, it gets rid of anything dangerous while keeping your life up with tribute to hunger and their life down with countersquall until you can get avatar of woe to get rid of he rest of their creatures and get rid of the rest of their life.
