Afflict is a shitty card. Replace it with Specter's Wail. It's not bad but I have a feeling you're going to have some trouble playing some of your more expensive cards which you have alot of. I'd take out the 2 Nightmares and add Dark Rituals and maybe replace the Quicksands with Cabal Coffers.

Actually... what am I talking about... lol. Sorry I was looking at 2 decks at once. You shouldn't actually have much trouble with mana but still I think Quicksand should be replaced with Cabal Coffers. Either keep Nightmare or switch it for Mind Sludge.
DaMiNaToR, as his deck is now, it is Type 2 legal, cabal and specter's are not type 2, and neither is Dark Ritual.
Thoughtseize, Nixathid, Scepter of Fugue. Nightmare is a weak card, you should look into Demigod of Revenge and perhaps even that new Rotting Rat in Conflux, he has unearth and lets you discard that demigod for some really scared opponents. Just some suggestions to kick up a notch. Afflict, Distress and your sideboard should be looked at some as well.
