You left out a critical card, Feast of Blood. That card has saved me on many ocasions. A combination you could consider is sanguine bond and Blood Tribute. It is a guaranteed win at any point in the game unless the oponent can prevent the Blood Tribute from being played. Also you only have one Blood Seeker. I find that oponents can get verry frustrated by them especially if you are up against a deck that puts out lots of fast creatures like goblins or elves, but be advised; That one does tend to make you a target if you are playing in a multi player game.
