I know that this deck violates rules of almost every format. It was created for casual play and it is used solely for casual play. The goal is to cast tinker and get platinum angel on the battlefield and defend it with Diplomatic Immunity and several counterspells. This will create an almost unbeatable combo which is very hard to destroy for most decks.
