The idea here is to simply throw everything you have in the opponent's face. There is a lot of mana cost 1(R) instants and sorceries dealing 3 damage. Goblin Guide is awesome paired with a devastating Price of Progress for the kill. Even with a single land on the start you can hang on and deal significant damage until your second land. Stop at 4 lands and keep the next ones to trade with Winds of Change or sacrifice some into a killer Fireblast. The main weakness of this deck is safely taken care of as Sulfuric Vortex enters the battlefield, dealing its first damage on the enemy .
