If sidewinder's effect doesn't stack, I would drop him for plated. Homing sliver is a must. Drop some of the effect slivers for a set of four. Lifelink and doublestrike sliver would be cool as well. I will be adding distant melody to mine today! Fantastic idea! Cavern of souls for a land idea.

Flanking does stack, There isn't really any room for Homing sliver to keep the deck consistency. I was gonna add lifelink but the room issue and I had Zoo in mind. I do like Cavern of Souls! I don't know why I didn't think of that, would replace Thran Quarry
Shamantic revalation could replace the draw effect if you really need life. -2 heart and -2 synapse for homing. Your draw effect is strong enough as it is, and no one will kill off something that gives their slivers haste as well (assuming that your friends are like mine and wont play a sliver deck vs anything other than a sliver deck.)
Wow I didn't think of that O.o Shamanic wouldn't have as great of power but the life gain would be better than emptying slots for slivers with lifelink. Homing may not do to bad here.. Thanks for the suggestions! May try and recreate this deck sometime
