Scrap the boborgymos trio, and the skarrg goliath. Add the bloodrush guy that only costs 1G to cast and gives your creature +3/+2 and get The Ghor Rampager in this too.

Doomed Traveler would work great in this. Get a playset of those and your off to do great things. Oblivion ring would be a good add as it is an enchantment. Vampire nighthawk (aka. Batman) would do wonders in this deck too! Spirit mantle is a good Aura too! offering up that protection from creatures. maybe lingering souls to get in some extra fliers.

if your looking to always get a creature back with Orzhov charm:
Boros Elite
Diregraf Ghoul
deathrite shaman
gravecrawler
judge's familiar
RAKDOS CACKLER!!!
Trained caracal
warclamp mastiff

to name a few

You should play "lost in the woods" deck. x56 forests and x4 Lost in the woods. Interesting play. some people tweak it with Dungrove elder. Or you could take out 1 plain and put in a doomed traveler...thus resembling the endless land that little 1/1 will travel...

Nice base for this Gruul deck! I know what its like to work off of a budget especially when your budget is 20 bucks and everything playset of a card you need is beyond that amount 3-fold. If its not too much for ya, get rid of gruul charm and get RANCOR in there. that card is indespensable :) So glad they reprinted it. IMO Gruul charm isn't one of the really good charms, its alright but its definately no Simic, Azorious, or Boros charm. Maybe instead of legion loyalist you should try Reckless Waif, I know she's only a 1/1 to start but a 3/2 on potential turn 2 is red's equivalent of the infamous Delver Transformation (minus the flying) and can be pretty brutal. Strangleroot Geist (can't imagine he costs too much still) in place of the flashing Ambush Viper..that'll give you a little more flexibility. Im a really big fan of Undying and the werewolves so i do apologize if I come across as a lobbyist for them, I just feel as though they work very well when paired with Gruul related cards, especially Korin Outlaw...double strike with bloodrush is just nasty!

All the best.

Glad someone got a laugh out of the Spousal abuse thing...kinda what I was going for. But yes Seedborn Muse is definately a must, when creating these decks sometimes its easy to overlook some really obviously good cards...hence posting the deck list on open forums like this :) so ill consider it, Just not sure what to remove from the current listing.

Avacyns pilgrim brings me happiness because it can put me at an advantage of an extra mana, not just untapping a forest. soo potentially avacyn's pilgrim can put me ahead one turn oppossed to keeping me with the same amount of mana for a turn like the elf. Birds of paradise was another option but i like a creature that can inflict an extra damage or two.

Im totally diggin' the Azorious Charm and Simic Charm in this. I dont really care for Frontline Medic, I've seen him played and a lot of the time he seems to be a "dead draw". I feel like your missing something in the Instants/Sorceries category here...maybe a cyclonic rift or two, a pair of unsummon, or silent departure. If I were you I'd get some extra mana in all of this by abusing Gyre sage in lue of Centaur healer. aside from that the deck looks pretty solid, you notice any flaws in it yet? Does it have any trouble against aggro?

great job on adding the Howl of the wolfpack, that card has a lot of potential. I'd also add a playset of giant growth! :) Trade the centaur's herald out for the giant growths. Get rid of Arbor Elf, and just put Avacyn's Pilgrim in. Its producing white mana but it will get you a turn ahead of the game oppossed to keeping you with an untapped forest. Get rid of Ivy lane denizen and put in Gestalf's shepherd...its a great card with intimidate. Lose the x4 Sylvan primordial and the Nature's herald and try x4 Vorapede and/or Ghoultree (beasty card), Elderscale wurm, or Giant Adephage. DROP THE x4 Primal surge put in x4 Abudant growth or something like that to give you a draw mechanic. take craterhoof behemoth down to one and put x3 fog in. You need some spell defense friend. let me know what you think.

Lose the Ultimate Price and put in a playset of Tragic Slip, your limiting yourself with the ability to only knock out mono-colored.

lose the Golgari charms and put in another forbidden alchemy and think twice.

get rid of devour flesh and put Victim of the night in or something like that. Your deck looks like its going to get overwhelmed pretty fast on a creature based deck. with only 16 creatures, and spells with limited legal targets your going to run into some serious trouble. I like what your trying to do with the duskmantle seer but i think 4 is overkill. I'd take two out and put two more Dungeon Geists in.

Whats up with the x6 shamblesharks dude? Correct me if Im wrong here but Trenchgorger isn't Standard rotation right now...so he should come out...you have a card shop nearby or do you have to get your stuff off the internet and like from Target and such...first thing would be to gather some commons and get some consistency going here. I mean, you don't really have a plan here...between counters, and a motley-crue of different creatures I'm not sure you have any game plan but to attack friend. If money is an issue start with this:

x4 Simic Charm
x4 Experiment One
x4 Cloudfin Raptor
x4 Gyre Sage
x3 Wolfir Avenger
x2 Wolfir Silverheart
x4 Forced Adaptation
x4 Giant Growth
x2 Fog
x4 Strangleroot geist

its a start...try and work off of that. those cards aren't too pricey and there are plenty of em' so let me know if you would like some additional help.

It is a standard deck. I wish lightning bolt was here for the Return to ravnica block, but thee other colors would be at a serious disadvantage.
